The non employee register is a critical feature in Touch Point as it helps the user maintain a record of all Non Employees viz., Auditors, Contractual staff etc, along with their photographs and date of expiry of their contracts. This facility is a security strengthening tool for the business as all relevant data with respect to contractual employees /Associates is maintained in completeness.

The Admin and User modules of the Non Employee Management are:

Administrator Login

4 Create any number of non Employees here.
3 Track basic information of a non employee like Sub register, Token No, Name, Status, Valid from and Valid   To dates.
2 Captures other information like address, City, Date of birth, Department, Section, Category, Building, Work   Floor, business Group and remarks.
1 We can also upload the photo or capture the image of the Non Employee here.

9 Capture the movement of Non-Employees with Date Time In, Date Time Out, etc.
8 All the details of the Non-Employee are immediately displayed when Non-Employee number is typed or selected.
7 The photo of the Non-Employee also displayed if exists.
6 Check-out or update items with a single click.
